Radish Slaw

A quick & delicious side or topping for asian-inspired meals that puts the spotlight on whatever kind of radish business you’ve got going on. A non-exhaustive list of radishes to ROCK with this recipe: daikon radish, white beauty radish, black spanish radish, watermelon radish, korean radish, cherry belle radish ….


Ingredients

  • 1 large daikon or 1 bunch of smaller radishes sliced in small half moons or julienned
  • 1/2C chopped cilantro
  • 2T Sesame Oil
  • 1.5T Maple Syrup
  • 1/4C Rice Vinegar or Lime/Lemon Juice 1/4C
  • 1.5T Chili Oil
  • 2T Vegan Fish Sauce (optional but recommended)
  • Salt to taste


Preparation

  1. Wash & chop veggies
  2. In no particular order, combine all ingredients in a large bowl
