What’s better than waking up on the right side of the bed? Starting your day with this cinnamon orange granola 😉 Crispy enough to pair with homemade oat milk and flavorful enough to eat on its own. Spoil yourself!
Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1.5 cups nuts/seeds of choice
- ¾ cups coconut oil melted
- ¾ cups maple syrup
- 1 tablespoons vanilla
- ½ orange, zested
- 3-4 tablespoons of cinnamon
- ¾ cups raisins or dried fruit of your choice
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine all ingredients except raisins in a bowl, make sure to mix well
- Spread onto parchment lined cookie sheets in an even layer
- Bake for 15 minutes then take out of oven and mix around
- Pat back down in an even layer before putting in again
- Bake for another 15 minutes then turn off oven and let sit 10 mins inside until a bit golden and just starting to brown around edges
- Take out to cool & sprinkle dried fruit on top
