Creamy Dreamy Ranch Dip

Your childhood ranch dip done vegan! A punch of flavor for the endless veggies (or let’s be honest, chips) that you’ll be scoopin’ till you can’t scoop no more. For dressing, just add more oat milk till you reach your desired consistency.


Ingredients

  • ¾ cups silken tofu
  • ½ cup vegan mayo
  • ¼ cup + a splash of oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup parsley, packed
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup fresh dill or 2 tablespoons dry dill
  • Pinch of paprika
  • Small onion half, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 

 

 


Preparation

  1. Wash (& chop) fresh herbs, mince onion & garlic.
  2. Place all ingredients in a FOOD PROCESSOR and process until smooth.
  3. OR finely chop the herbs and pulse in a BLENDER until smooth.
