Cinnamon Orange Granola

What’s better than waking up on the right side of the bed? Starting your day with this cinnamon orange granola 😉 Crispy enough to pair with homemade oat milk and flavorful enough to eat on its own. Spoil yourself!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups nuts/seeds of choice
  • ¾ cups coconut oil melted
  • ¾ cups maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla
  • ½ orange, zested
  • 3-4 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • ¾ cups raisins or dried fruit of your choice


Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Combine all ingredients except raisins in a bowl, make sure to mix well
  3. Spread onto parchment lined cookie sheets in an even layer
  4. Bake for 15 minutes then take out of oven and mix around
  5. Pat back down in an even layer before putting in again
  6. Bake for another 15 minutes then turn off oven and let sit 10 mins inside until a bit golden and just starting to brown around edges
  7. Take out to cool & sprinkle dried fruit on top
