Oats + Water + Fat = frothy oat milk!! Easier than putting on pants Saturday morning when you realize you’re out of milk and have to run to the store. Cheaper than buying that 6$ oat milk latte out of convenience. Quicker than your Moka pot can finish brewing. Win / Win / Win. A 1:1:4 ratio of oats-to-oil-to-water makes this recipe easy to remember. Jazz her up with a tablespoon of cinnamon or a half cup of hot cocoa mix. If you like it sweet, add a dash of maple syrup or keep it simple and keep your options open to sub into milk-laden savory recipes.
