Your go-to vegan icing for anything and anyone that bodes well with coconut. More of a chocolate lover? Whisk in 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder (or half the powdered sugar and opt for 3 tablespoons of hot chocolate mix if you’re feeling decadent / are out of cocoa).
Ingredients
- 1 can of coconut cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
- Place can in fridge overnight or see below if tight on time.
- Open can and spoon out the solid cream into a mixing bowl until you hit liquid.
- If tight on time, place bowl of cream in fridge for 30-60 minutes.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla to cream and whip until fully incorporated.
- Dollop icing onto your dessert of choice and enjoy! To note, this will melt in hot temperates.
